Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will work with both inpatients and outpatients, providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • DPT preferred
  • Licensed as a physical therapist
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
