This full-time position, based in Prescott Valley, AZ, involves working closely with a diverse caseload of 50 to 60 students, supported by a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Qualifications:

Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License

Previous experience in school settings is preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Commitment to enhancing student well-being and educational outcomes

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students requiring occupational therapy

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
