Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and collaborative Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team for the 2025-2026 academic year. In this full-time, onsite position, you'll work directly with K-12 students, helping them develop the functional skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

What You'll Do
Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to integrate therapy into educational settings
Empower students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence
Maintain clear and compliant documentation aligned with school and state regulations
What We're Looking For
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and time-management skills
A collaborative spirit with a passion for student success
A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to inclusive practices
