Associate plans, organizes anddirects approved recreation programs, including such activities assports, dramatics, games, arts and crafts to assist patients todevelop interpersonal relationships, to socialize effectively, andto develop confidence needed to participate in group activities.Qualifications: Qualifications: High School Diploma Previous experience (1 year minimum) in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemicaldependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patientspreferred Current unencumbered certification/license/registrationpreferred. CPR certification and non-violent crisis intervention trainingcertified within 30 days of employment. May be required to workflexible hours and overtime.
