Physical Therapist

Elara Caring in Springfield, IL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapy services to patients in need. This role requires expertise in Occupational Therapy, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, and Treatment Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized care plans
2. Conduct therapy sessions and interventions
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
4. Provide education to patients and caregivers

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Geriatrics
• Strong diagnostic and care planning skills

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
