Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - St. Joseph Home Care Network- Napa, California
Schedule: Full Time/ Days
Location Coverage: will drive around Napa County
Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, provides treatment to patients requiring occupational therapy services within the homecare setting. Provides professional occupational therapy visits in the homecare stetting in accordance with physician's orders through direct care and multidisciplinary team coordination. Participates in the utilization review, performance improvement and interdisciplinary conference of the organization. This position reports to Clinical Manager and is supervised by the Occupational Therapist.

Required qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- California Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year in home health as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
