Speech Pathologist PRN Dayshift, Louisville Therapies $5,000 Employment Bonus Available Where You'll Be: The Baptist Health Louisville Speech Pathology team is focused on providing collaborative patient-centered care. Our team consists of a range of experiences from 1-20+ years. We serve patients that from adult and geriatric with an emphasis on dysphagia and speech/language or cognitive disorders. Treatment is typically a combination of acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. Diagnoses and treats communication and/swallowing disorders as assigned. Diagnoses may include, but are not limited to neurological disorders, deficits due to injury or surgery, developmental or acquired speech, language and swallowing disorders, hearing impairment, voice or fluency disorders, impaired cognition, sensorimotor deficits. Cooperates with other departments and therapies in the comprehensive approach to patient care. What You'll Do: 1. Schedule, evaluate and treat patients as assigned 2. Develop an outcome-oriented plan of care, including patient and family knowledge sharing 3. Provide a treatment-based on plan of care, and revise as necessary 4.
