Youll assess patients with everything from chronic lung conditions to acute respiratory emergencies, then roll up your sleeves to deliver personalized treatments that make a tangible difference. Think: oxygen therapy, nebulizers, mechanical ventilation, and high-level decision-making alongside a top-tier clinical team. Youll also help educate patients and families on equipment use, therapy routines, and lifestyle changes that support long-term respiratory health.

• Youve got your state license in good standing.
• Youre either RRT-certified or working toward it.
• BLS and ACLS are must-haves; NRP is a bonus.
• You're a great communicator, a quick thinker, and someone whos naturally curious about new tools, treatments, and tech.
• You can prioritize in your sleep (well, almost).

Experience in a hospital setting is a plus, but if youre just starting out and excited to learn, wed still love to talk.
