MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to find an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift role. This position, which includes Monday through Friday shifts and one Saturday per month, involves creating and managing customized treatment plans for patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on occupational therapy standards
• Implement and adjust therapy programs in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and guide licensed occupational therapist assistants, technicians, and support staff
• Effectively use and maintain rehabilitation equipment

Occupational Therapist - FT Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• License to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Texas Driver's License required for HMC Designated Drivers (if applicable)
• Familiar with rehabilitation equipment and techniques
