DPT - Physical Therapist

MLR (MLee Recruiting) is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to become a part of a dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role at a respected acute-care hospital near Lipan, Texas.

Salary: $77,300 - $100,200 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify functional limitations or impairments.
• Work Schedule: Day shifts consisting of five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.
• Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patients specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer a variety of therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate modalities.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist: Must possess or be eligible for licensure in Texas.
• BLS Certification: Required before engaging with patients.
• Drivers License: A valid Texas drivers license is necessary only for those designated as HMC Designated Drivers, per policy.
