Compensation for Home Health OTR/L:

• Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will create personalized in-home rehabilitation plans to enhance patient independence. You will specialize in designing customized activities, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications to improve daily living. Your role will involve working collaboratively and empathetically to support individuals in their home environments.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio
• AHA BLS / CPR certification required.
