What Youll Do:- Deliver High-Quality Respiratory Care: Administer oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, non-invasive ventilation, and airway management for patients across all age groups.
- Perform Diagnostic Testing & Monitoring: Assess patients respiratory status, perform diagnostic tests (ABGs, spirometry), and track treatment effectiveness.
- Support a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate Patients & Families: Provide education on medication use, equipment management, and at-home care strategies for chronic respiratory conditions.
- Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and accurate record-keeping.
- Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
- Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (Bachelors a plus)
