Respiratory Therapist

• Deliver High-Quality Respiratory Care: Administer oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, non-invasive ventilation, and airway management for patients across all age groups.
• Perform Diagnostic Testing & Monitoring: Assess patients respiratory status, perform diagnostic tests (ABGs, spirometry), and track treatment effectiveness.
• Support a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate Patients & Families: Provide education on medication use, equipment management, and at-home care strategies for chronic respiratory conditions.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and accurate record-keeping.

• Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (Bachelors a plus)
• New grads welcome mentorship and support available

• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
