Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist

• Lead & Mentor Team Members: Oversee and guide a team of Occupational Therapists, providing mentorship and support while ensuring best practices in patient care.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments to address their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Provide Direct Patient Care: Conduct therapeutic interventions to help patients improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Monitor & Document Progress: Regularly assess patients progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed, and ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and continuity of care.
• Foster a Positive Work Environment: Promote a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging professional development and team growth.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
• At least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, with leadership experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership, communication , and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of patients
