• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients needs and design therapy strategies to enhance their physical and cognitive abilities, supporting their independence in daily living.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Use evidence-based practices to provide therapies aimed at improving patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and overall functional performance.
• Work in Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, effective patient care.
• Instruct and Educate Patients and Caregivers: Offer guidance and instruction to patients and their families, helping them maintain progress and continue therapy at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly assess patients improvement and modify therapy plans to meet evolving goals, ensuring optimal recovery.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients and families
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt therapy to meet each patients unique needs
