In this role, you will work with patients to develop and implement customized therapy plans, helping them achieve their functional goals and improve their daily living. Youll be a part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, all working toward the common goal of improving patient outcomes.

Your Role:
  • Build Personalized Treatment Strategies: Assess patients needs and create tailored therapy plans that help them improve their motor skills, cognitive function, and ability to perform daily activities independently.
  • Execute Therapeutic Interventions: Use evidence-based practices to support patients in enhancing their skills and achieving their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTRs, physical therapists, doctors, speech therapists, and additional healthcare experts to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Instruct Patients and Caregivers: Provide education and training for patients and their families to maintain progress at home and promote long-term success.
  • Monitor and Document Development: Track patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
Qualifications:
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitative or clinical environment is preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet the diverse needs of patients in fast-paced settings
