Acute Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

• Administer Respiratory Treatments: Deliver oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, chest physiotherapy, and non-invasive ventilation to patients of all ages.
• Conduct Diagnostic Procedures: Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, pulmonary function testing, and pulse oximetry.
• Collaborate with Care Teams: Partner with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to create and carry out individualized care plans.
• Educate & Support: Teach patients and their families about managing respiratory conditions, equipment usage, and home care best practices.
• Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation, ensure equipment functionality, and follow infection control and safety standards.

• Active CRT license in the State of Maine
• NBRC Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelors a plus)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
