Physical Therapist Join a Community Where Healing Happens Inside and Out
Theres something special about the Pacific Northwest the air is crisp, the forests stretch on forever, and life moves with just the right balance of purpose and peace. Nestled near the base of Mount Rainier, surrounded by evergreens and the quiet beauty of coastal inlets, this is the kind of place that invites you to breathe a little deeper. And in our little corner of it, weve built something just as meaningfula place where physical therapy isnt just about bodies healing, but about people getting their lives back .
Were looking for a Physical Therapist who doesnt just treat symptoms, but sees the whole person , and finds joy in each step of progressno matter how small. Maybe youre fresh out of school, filled with ideas and ready to dive in. Maybe youve been in the field a while, looking to return to work that feels deeply human and refreshingly uncomplicated. Either way, youre welcome here.
Our patients come to us at all stages of their journeyrecovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, rebuilding strength after life took a turn. And what they need most isnt just someone who can guide them through exercises or adjust their gait. They need someone who listens. Someone who explains without rushing. Someone who sees their frustration, their hope, and meets them with empathy. Thats where you come in.
In your day-to-day, youll do what Physical Therapists do best: evaluate movement, design thoughtful treatment plans, offer hands-on support , and help people understand their own healing. But beyond the clinical side, we hope youll find joy in the little momentswatching a patient stand on their own for the first time in weeks, laughing with a caregiver over shared challenges, being part of a team that high-fives each other after a breakthrough.
We believe in a collaborative model of care, where PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians work togethernot just because its more effective, but because it builds trust, reduces burnout, and reminds us that were all on the same side. Youll never be left to figure it all out on your own. We support each other, share ideas, and make space for continued learning and growth.
Specialized certifications in areas like geriatrics or orthopedics are welcome (but not required)we love people who are always learning, always exploring.
The schedule is flexible, the setting is peaceful, and the work is deeply rewarding. But maybe our favorite part of this place is what happens after the workday ends. Here, your lunch break can be a walk among tall trees. Your weekends might include kayaking on glassy inlets, watching bald eagles soar overhead, or sipping coffee at a local cafe where the barista knows your dogs name. Its a place where people wave when you pass by, and where your patients might become neighborsor even friends.
If youre looking for a chance to put your skills to work in a place that honors connection, compassion, and the joy of forward motion , wed love to meet you. Bring your expertise, your warmth, your sense of purposeand well make sure you have the support, flexibility, and community you need to thrive.
This is more than a job. Its a calling in a place that feels like home. Come be part of something beautiful.
