• Patient and Family Education: Provide education to patients and families on respiratory therapies, equipment use, and lifestyle modifications to enhance respiratory health.

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Colorado
• NBRC Certification as a Lead Respiratory Therapist (LRT) or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience , with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and work with patients
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment
