• Administer Respiratory Treatments: Provide life-saving treatments like oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and aerosol therapy to patients suffering from various respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and more.
• Assess and Monitor Respiratory Health: Conduct assessments to monitor patients' respiratory conditions and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work in tandem with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet patients' needs.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide valuable education on managing respiratory conditions, offering guidance on lifestyle changes, medication use, and how to maintain respiratory health at home.
• Ensure Patient Safety and Comfort: Follow best practices and protocols for infection control, and ensure the patients safety and comfort during treatments.

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification required
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
• Previous experience in respiratory therapy is preferred but not required
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adjust care plans based on patient needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the healthcare team
• Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
