Occupational Therapist - Full Time

MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare system to hire a seasoned Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift position. This role involves working Monday through Friday, with one Saturday shift each month, focusing on developing and managing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and create individualized treatment plans in line with occupational therapy standards.
• Implement and adapt therapy programs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Oversee and mentor licensed occupational therapy assistants, technicians, and other support personnel.
• Utilize and maintain rehabilitation equipment, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Occupational Therapist- Full Time Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Active CPR certification.
• A valid Texas drivers license is required for those assigned as HMC drivers (if applicable).
