FTE: 0.800000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The PhysicalTherapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to thepatient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patientcare and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in variedRehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhancepatient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accreditedPhysical Therapy program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Wisconsinstate license as a Physical Therapist is required. American HeartAssociation (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
