FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Lawrenceville is seeking a passionate and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our innovative team. This is not your typical spa job youll work in a dynamic physical therapy clinic alongside top clinicians who specialize in balance, neurological, and orthopedic rehab.
We combine manual therapy with advanced technology to deliver real results. As part of our team, you'll receive paid training on breakthrough services like Nervous System Resets (Neubie-based) and Tecar Therapy and earn bonuses when you use them.

Compensation & Perks:

• $30$32 per hour base pay
• Bonuses available for delivering "unattended" therapy sessions (minimal labor required)
• Paid training provided on Neuromuscular Stimulation and Tecar Therapy
• Opportunity to earn up to $40/hr+ with performance-based incentives
• Supportive, team-based clinic no double-booking or high-pressure sales
• Saturday availability required (part-time schedule)

Responsibilities What Youll Do:

• Deliver therapeutic massage tailored to each patients recovery goals
• Administer technology-based modalities (after training is provided)
• Collaborate with physical therapists and patient advocates
• Educate patients on treatment benefits and promote wellness
• Contribute to a caring and motivating treatment environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Requirements:
  • Active Georgia Massage Therapy License
  • Reliable and professional demeanor
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Interest in wellness, neuro-recovery, or pain relief a plus
  • Must carry liability insurance
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required
