Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide acute care physical therapy services to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Your focus will be on improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life during their hospital stay. Youll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to support safe and effective discharge planning and recovery outcomes.
Qualifications:
To be considered, you should have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold an active Missouri PT license or be eligible to obtain one. Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting is preferred, though we welcome applicants with strong clinical skills and a desire to grow in this environment. Youll need excellent clinical reasoning, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
