Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a home health team focused on helping patients restore mobility and achieve optimal physical function. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly impact the lives of patients by supporting their recovery and independence within the comfort of their own homes.
The position includes flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and the autonomy to manage your patient caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy services according to a physician's plan of care.
Work with patients to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
Guide patients through active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait training, and more.
Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing education sessions.
Qualifications
Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in physical therapy.
Current CPR certification.
Valid drivers license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle.
