Responsible to: Rehab Services Director

DEFINITION OF POSITION

The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aids.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional

Entry level Master's degree preferred.

Current Occupational Therapist License required.

Experience in mental health treatment, conducting evaluations, group facilitation skills preferred.

BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
