Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Flensburg, MN. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to empower students by helping them improve their communication and language skills in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication needs
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Open to new graduates
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a school-based setting
Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
