About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist with a strong interest or background in pelvic health to join our team. This role offers a balanced caseload—approximately 50% pelvic health and 50% orthopedic patients—providing a unique opportunity to specialize while maintaining a broad clinical scope.

Our pelvic health population includes a mix of prenatal and postpartum women, individuals with urinary or bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and select male pelvic health cases. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced clinicians across specialties and be supported in furthering your skills through mentorship and continuing education.

As a Physical Therapist at Comber, you’ll play a key role in our patient-centered approach to care—developing customized treatment plans, applying manual therapy techniques, and guiding therapeutic exercises to help patients reach their functional goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience.

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.

• Experience or strong interest in pelvic health therapy, including prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic dysfunction.

• Comfortable treating both pelvic and orthopedic conditions.

• Proficient with EMRs and timely documentation.

• Strong manual therapy and communication skills.
