- Home health visits throughout Humboldt County and surrounding areas
- 8 am - 4:30 pm, one weekend shift required
- Type of Facility: Home Health
- 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required
- EMR: Epic and Oasis
- May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard
- 1:1 patient care
- 13-week assignment: May 19 Aug 29, 2025
