Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions and needs

Develop individualized treatment plans and goals

Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities

Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and home exercise programs

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Kansas

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is preferred but not required

Passion for helping patients achieve their health goals
