Your Work-Life Balance Matters:

• Enjoy a consistent part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, ideally spread over Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer some flexibility within our clinic hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Your Impact: As a valued Physical Therapist at CareATC, you will:

• Provide both virtual and on-site physical therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques to guide patients on their healing journey from acute injuries and effectively manage chronic conditions.
• Empower patients by developing and monitoring personalized home exercise programs tailored to their specific musculoskeletal needs.
• Be a catalyst for positive change, assisting patients in adopting sustainable habits that improve their overall well-being through therapeutic movement strategies.
• Act as a crucial liaison to ensure seamless continuity of care for our patients, connecting the resources of our health center with collaborating providers and the wider community.
• Become a trusted educator, sharing your expertise on injury prevention, workplace safety, ergonomic principles, the power of movement in managing chronic diseases, and the vital role of musculoskeletal wellness.
• Serve as the go-to expert for the early identification, treatment, and self-management of musculoskeletal issues, helping to reduce the need for unnecessary specialist referrals and imaging.
