This practice has been serving the community for decades, with multiple locations, a strong referral base, and a focus on patient-centered carenot sales targets! About the opportunity: This high-volume, long-standing ENT clinic is busy and dynamic, with three physicians on-site and an Audiology Assistant to support daily operations. Ideal for someone with experience who can thrive in a fast-paced setting, though motivated new grads are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive audiometric evaluations. Tinnitus assessments and management. Basic balance testing (Dix-Hallpike, Epley; no VNGs). Cerumen management. Hearing aid fittings and counseling - No sales quotas or commission pressure!
