Jefferson Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Rehab Aide to join our Outpatient Rehab team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of the entire outpatient rehabilitation department.
As a Rehab Aide, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that treatment rooms are kept clean and organized, which is essential for providing a safe and welcoming environment for patients. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and managing inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for our clinicians. Additionally, you will set up treatment rooms according to the specific requirements of each appointment type, enabling our healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients.
To excel in this position, strong observation skills are key, as you will need to monitor the environment and identify any areas that require attention.

What you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- One-year restorative or rehab aide experience (hospital, skilled nursing facility, home health or equivalent) required, greater than 2 years preferred
