Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As the on-site leader of a single-location therapy team, your focus will span clinical oversight, team mentorship, and day-to-day operations - all while keeping patients and therapists at the heart of your work.
- Lead a Multidisciplinary Team - Oversee PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants to deliver top-tier therapy services.
- Uphold Quality & Compliance - Ensure care is clinically sound, evidence-based, and aligned with all regulatory standards.
- Foster Growth - Mentor therapists and assistants, providing opportunities for skill-building and leadership development.
- Collaborate Cross-Discipline - Promote team synergy through integrated care planning and communication.
- Manage Resources Wisely - Optimize staffing, schedules, and therapy resources for the best outcomes.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program. Certified assistants also qualify- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
Experience: 2+ Years Experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred. Proven experience in management, with a track record of effective leadership and program development. Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights
Licensure: Current state licensure in the relevant field of practice.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
