We know that our employees are essential to the care we provide!Our corevalues are as follows: Courtesy, Respect, Caring, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Integrity, and Accountability.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.- Valid state of Indiana (or compact) license for Speech Pathologist.- CPR certification required.- Current and valid drivers license.PRIMARY DUTIES:- Evaluation of patients in outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed settings.- Maintain proper documentation and required paperwork for each patient.- Develop a Plan of Care to achieve patients goals.- Treatment of patients.- Must be consistent with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association code of ethics.- Review and update Plan of Care.- Communicate with physician, family, and caregivers regarding patients goals, treatment, and progress.- Educate patient and caregivers regarding condition and self-treatment.- Finalize discharge paperwork.- Supervision of support staff and students.- Utilize and instruct support staff for patient care and clerical duties.- Utilize and instruct speech language students during their clinical rotations.Position:Days; Full-time; Monday-Friday### BENEFITS:- Medical- Dental- Vision- Life Insurance and Disability- 403 (b) with matching- Vacation Time- Sick Time- FSA
