Position Details

We're looking for a Physical Therapist with a passion for either pediatrics or swing bed rehabilitation, ideally with experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or outpatient setting.

The essential responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include, but are not limited to:

• Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and promote rehabilitation.
• Implements and supervises Physical Therapy plan of care.
• Communicates with other staff, departments, and physicians to ensure coordination of services and patient care.
• Participates in performance improvement activities, including identification of potential opportunities to improve care or service.
• Ensures good consumer relations are maintained through patient and family education, patient satisfaction services, and community health and wellness educational programs.

What You Offer

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
• Must demonstrate the ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 80 hours per biweekly pay period

• Schedule is negotiable depending on focus area - swing bed rehabilitation requires Monday-Friday coverage, while pediatrics is a part-time role with more flexible hours.

• Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

• Position requires a weekend and holiday rotation
