Our client, a known luxury skincare brand, is looking for a dynamic West Coast Trainer to join their team! This is NOT a remote job!! Must live in SoCal!!
This role MUST HAVE DUAL LICENSES for BOTH an ESTHETICIAN and MASSAGE THERAPY!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITH ONLY ONE
Location-Remote but must be based in SoCal with travel in West and possible international
Salary-Up to $85K plus bonus and expenses
As a Trainer, you will be expected to provide comprehensive professional treatment training for Estheticians/Massage Therapists, retail sales training for professional and retail doors and will be responsible for administrative work related to travel and educational tools.
What You Will Do:
Become a leading expert in brands products, treatments and protocols.
Conduct training events/shows and seminars/webinars. Assist in presentations or demonstrations.
Utilize and encourage sales techniques and tools on all courses and products. Train technicians and ensure proper utilization of products, services, and sales aids including availability, usage, and ingredient benefits in accordance with the guidelines provided by HQ.
Educate and promote skin analysis tools and techniques and teach all therapists how to tailor treatments to the client's needs/concerns to encourage sales and partnerships.
Ensure consistent communication when delivering training and provide the support team with any recommendations or improvements to the training documents.
Help with merchandising upon clients' requests.
Assist therapists and educators on treatments and product knowledge.
Create accurate and thorough reports and evaluations on each training/trainee.
Work closely with the Sales Team and provide continuous feedback on accounts and clients' needs.
Increase overall sales (treatments and retail) within partner accounts through product presentation, education, hands -on demos, and sales communication.
Who You Are:
3+ years of beauty education experience, preferably in a 5 Star/Luxury field
Valid Esthetician License, Massage License AND Driver's License
Valid Passport
Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail/sales
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and PowerPoint a plus
