the Community Counseling Program Our Community Counseling Program
provides accessible mental health services for individuals, couples,
families, and groups, especially those with limited financial resources.
We offer services on a sliding fee scale and, in some cases, at no cost,
ensuring that all members of the community have access to quality mental

here. What Will I Do as a Mental Health Therapist? In this role, you
will: Provide in-office counseling services for individuals, couples,
families, and groups with diverse diagnoses and demographics. Maintain
comprehensive case records, including diagnoses, treatment plans,
progress notes, and discharge summaries. Facilitate educational and
supportive group counseling sessions, including critical incident
response services as needed. Collaborate with supervisors, including
regular consultations with a psychologist or psychiatrist. Salary Range:
\$45,000 - \$48,000 Qualifications: Master\'s degree in Social Work
(MSW) or a related counseling field (students in their final semester
are welcome to apply!). Post-graduate clinical practice (LPC, MFT) or
3,000-hour certification is a plus but not requiredcandidates about to
apply for or currently in-training (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW) are encouraged
to apply. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in collaborative
