Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team at a school near Keno, OR. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students in overcoming speech and language challenges and achieving academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication needs
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Oregon state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working in schools is a plus, but not required
