We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our spa team at The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic and relaxing massage services tailored to each guest's needs, ensuring a serene and rejuvenating experience in line with our spa’s standards of excellence.

• Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and specialty treatments as trained and certified

• Assess client needs and preferences and recommend appropriate treatments

• Create a calm, welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms, tools, and linens

• Uphold all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations as appropriate

• Promote spa services, upgrades, and retail products to support the guest’s wellness journey

• Ensure proper documentation of services provided and maintain accurate treatment records

• Participate in training, team meetings, and spa promotions or events as needed

• Valid state license/certification as a Massage Therapist (required)

• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of massage experience preferred; spa or resort experience a plus

• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passionate about wellness and providing outstanding guest experiences
