OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our spa team at The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic and relaxing massage services tailored to each guest's needs, ensuring a serene and rejuvenating experience in line with our spa’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and specialty treatments as trained and certified
Assess client needs and preferences and recommend appropriate treatments
Create a calm, welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms, tools, and linens
Uphold all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards
Educate clients on wellness and self-care recommendations as appropriate
Promote spa services, upgrades, and retail products to support the guest’s wellness journey
Ensure proper documentation of services provided and maintain accurate treatment records
Participate in training, team meetings, and spa promotions or events as needed
Qualifications
Valid state license/certification as a Massage Therapist (required)
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of massage experience preferred; spa or resort experience a plus
Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities
Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passionate about wellness and providing outstanding guest experiences
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $55.00/Hr. - $80.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
