A beautiful rehabilitation facility near Redmond, OR is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team!

  • Pay: $40.00 - $57.00 hourly
  • $15,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 or 4x10
  • The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work both inpatient and outpatient in an acute care rehab setting.
  • $15,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate speech, cognitive, swallowing, and functional abilities to determine care needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with patient, family, and care team input.
  • Provide skilled, goal-oriented therapy with ongoing assessment and adjustments
  • Document care per guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of speech language pathology
  • Oregon SLP license, or the ability to obtain
  • BLS, or the ability to obtain
