Job Description

The Center for Physical Rehabilitation has an immediate opportunity for a Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the clinic, as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing the company and staff development, all with the support of local leadership and processes.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance patient care quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Manage training, and professional development, while overseeing budget planning and resource allocation to support effective department function.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and program effectiveness, implement quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously advance care standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, review physician referrals and medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals.
  • Provide direct patient care, administer physical therapy treatments, and document progress, while supervising care provided by physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state of MI license and CPR certification
  • Leadership and management experience preferred
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
