• Competitive Compensation : Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (based on experience).
• Call Pay : 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.

• Degree : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Licensure : Must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapist license .
• Certifications : BLS required; APTA membership preferred.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience preferred , but new graduates are encouraged to apply .
• Preferred Skills : Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Additional Requirements : Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
