Occupational Therapist PRN

UP Health System Portage is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team of professionals to provide exceptional quality, compassionate healthcare in a progressive and integrated healthcare environment. You will join the largest rehabilitation and sports medicine team in the Western Upper Peninsula and assist in providing evidence based care.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
Masters degree preferred
State of Michigan Occupational Therapist license and registration
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (available upon hire)
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
