Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wyoming.

• Minimum of two years of experience in providing physical therapy services, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
