Pediatric Speech Pathology - White Rock, NM

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow in a supportive educational environment. This position is based in White Rock, NM, within an elementary school setting, and is designed for the upcoming school year.

Location: White Rock, NM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for students requiring speech and language services.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create effective intervention strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Current NM state license and NMPED certification (or in pending status).
• CCC-SLP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
