Speech Pathologist

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST DISTRICT

Speech Pathologist - full time :

• Must hold all appropriate certifications (full State of Michigan Licensure or SB endorsement on valid teaching certificate)
• K-12 school experience preferred
• Start date: Fall 2025

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic assessments and intervention for students with suspected speech and language impairments.
• Complete and present written evaluation reports to parents/families and the local agency within required timelines.
• Participate/coordinate IEP and MET meetings as appropriate.
• Provide consultation and information to teachers, parents, and others as appropriate.
• Provide interventions to multi-tiered system of supports.
• Establish and maintain appropriate records, reports and procedures including therapy plans and student progress toward IEP goals and objectives.
• Complete Medicaid and other reporting as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
