This position is based in Mesa, WA, where you'll have the opportunity to work with students ranging from preschool to senior high. Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably in school settings (SLP-Pediatrics). Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and their impact on learning. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families. Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Previous experience managing caseloads, particularly within a K-12 framework. Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement appropriate IEPs based on individual student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the district. Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in speech therapy.
