Responsibilities

As the on-site leader of a location, overseeing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, your key responsibilities will include managerial, clinical, and administrative duties. Your primary focus will be on team members, patients, and customer experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include:

  1. Clinical Oversight : Ensure all therapy services meet high standards of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. Monitor quality and guide improvements as needed.
  2. Compliance and Regulation : Regularly review and enforce adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring all practitioners maintain current licensure and certifications.
  3. Staff Development : Mentor and lead ongoing professional development for therapy staff to enhance their skills and adherence to best practices.
  4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Promote effective collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP disciplines to maximize patient outcomes.
  5. Resource Management : Allocate resources efficiently across sites to meet operational needs, ensuring quality care and staff satisfaction. We welcome applications from Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and their assistants.
Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program. Certified assistants, such as PTAs and COTAs, are also eligible.
  • Current license/certification in the state of practice
  • At least 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care settings
  • Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights
