About the Role

Maria Parham Health is seeking a Junior Physical Therapist to join our team in Henderson, NC. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting, working with patients who present a wide range of diagnoses. We are looking for a compassionate, licensed professional ready to contribute to our patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient setting for various medical diagnoses.

clinical knowledge and therapeutic techniques to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

North Carolina Physical Therapist License (active and in good standing).

Thorough knowledge of physical therapy practices in outpatient settings; experience with acute and/or inpatient rehabilitation is a plus.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification.
