What You'll Do:

From guiding patients through rehab exercises to recording progress and celebrating achievements, you'll be involved in every step of the recovery journey.
* Deliver treatment sessions as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician's care plan
* Document daily notes and weekly progress updates in compliance with PT Board regulations
* Contribute to a clean, safe, and inspiring rehabilitation environment
* Collaborate in patient care conferences and team meetings to ensure whole-person care
* Provide training and support for nursing staff and Restorative Aides
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers in home programs to ensure lasting results
* Identify and report equipment needs to keep the department running smoothly
* Share your knowledge and energy by participating in staff in-service training sessions
What Sets You Apart:
* Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state
* Comfortable using clinical software such as Casamba and Point Click Care
* Strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinical procedures and policies
